Can I download Troth now?
The public app is coming soon. We’ll add official store links here when it’s ready. Existing preview testers can use the support address for help.
I can’t sign in.
Use the email associated with your Troth account. If you can’t access that inbox, start with your email provider’s recovery options. Tell us which step is failing, but don’t send us your sign-in code or recovery key.
A shared answer hasn’t opened.
A discovery reveals only once both people have chosen to share their answer. A saved or unfinished draft isn’t a shared answer. Check that you’re both looking at the same discovery.
My purchase or balance doesn’t look right.
Open Our pass and check your purchases before buying again. If you still need help, send the product name, approximate purchase time and the message you see. Don’t send payment-card details or make another purchase just to test it.
Can I remove my account or ask about my data?
Yes. Visit Account & data requests for the current preview-app route and a contact option if you can’t sign in.
Should I attach a screenshot?
Only if it helps explain the issue. Crop or cover names, partner answers, photos, payment details and other information you don’t want to share. A short description is often enough.
